Rates
Individuals, Couples, and Parents:
$160 per 50-minute session
$240 per 80-minute session
Payment for services is to be rendered at the beginning of the session for which it is due.
Insurance
At this time, payment for services is to be paid directly by the client to me. At the request of the client, I will furnish a comprehensive receipt for services and payment commonly referred to as a Superbill. The Superbill will list dates of service, duration of service, and codes for the services for which you seek reimbursement. Please note: Not all insurance companies reimburse policyholders for out-of-network providers. If you prefer to use an in-network provider, please contact your insurance company for more information. Additionally, don't expect your insurance company to reimburse you. Find out from them prior to the commencement of treatment. It is to your benefit to discuss with your insurance provider the extent of your coverage, co-pays, and deductibles, in order that you are aware of your financial exposure prior to the commencement of treatment.
Reduced Fee
No reduced fee times are available at this time. I will update this information if/when conditions change.

Cash, check, and Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by 5 pm on the day prior to the appointment you will be required to pay the full cost of the session in accordance with the Informed Consent agreement and Offices Policies.
